Here are a few of the most common questions we're asked
You can fill out an order form and we will send you a packet with the email address that you will provide.
That is up to you, however, we strongly recommend that you do not share any of your files or information with anyone especially with people you do not know.
We update our resources at least once a day. Just as soon fast as we can get them.
Your custom pieces will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. We currently do not over-night packaging.
We require orders to be paid in full. You can pay through the Amy's Amazing Share Group's page on Facebook. This is the easiest and most secure to pay.
Yes. Once we have finished your piece we will notify you via your chosen contact preference. You will be able to preview your finished piece to ensure your satisfied. After previewing your piece you let us know if there's anything we left out or any finishing touches that need to be made. Once your satisfied with your piece we will ship it you and you will receive a order number and a tracking number so that you will be able to track your package in real time.
If your package arrives and has any damage to it or if your not happy with the product, you can contact us by phone (we only handle damage issues via phone). You will need to send the package back to us make sure everything that came with the package is placed inside the box.
