Subscriptions
Amy's Amazing Share Group offers subscription plans that provide access to premium wallpapers, backgrounds, screensavers, and other digital content. By subscribing you agree ot the following:
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Content provided through subscriptions is for your personal, non-commercial use only
You may not share, resell, or redistribute subscription content
SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period begins, no refunds will be issued for that period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within seven (7) business days.

Custom Design Requests
Premium subscribers may submit custom design requests, including personalized wallpapers, team graphics, photo edits, and custom text designs. The following terms apply to all custom work:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom work begins
The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered
You will receive a preview of your design for approval before finalization
Once you approve your design, no refunds will be issued
By submitting photos or images for custom work, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and grant us permission to use them solely to fulfill your request
We reserve that right to decline any request that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws
CUSTOM REQUEST REFUND POLICY
Due to the time and creative effort involved, all custom
design work is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you
are unsatisfied with your preview, we will offer up to five (5)
revisions.
If you request physical delivery of a custom design (printed product,
merchandise, etc.), additional shipping terms and costs apply. These
will be communicated to you before purchase.
SECTION 04
Intellectual Party
All wallpapers, backgrounds, screensavers, graphics, and other content created by Amy's Amazing Share Group are our
exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and use content for personal use only.
You may not sell, license, or resdistribute any content from this site or our services
You may not claim ownership of any design created by Amy's Amazing Share Group
Custom designs created for you remain the creative work of Amy's Amazing Share Group;you receive a personal use license upon full payment

User-Submitted Content
When you submit photos, images, or descriptions for custom requests, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the legal right to tuse the submitted content
Your submission does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
Your submission does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material
We are not responsible for any copyright claims arising from content you submit.
SECTION 06
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amy's Amazing Share Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Little Rock, Arkansas Pulaski County.
