About Fighting4Jr and Amy's Amazing Share Group
Fighting 4 Jr. is a personal campaign website created to:
Raise funds for legal representation in a family reunification case
Provide resources and support ot others who are facing similar situations
Offer subscription-based digital content (wallpapers and personalized designs)
Share our story and advocate for child welfare reform
Subscription Services
3.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying benefits, including digital content, personalized designs, and physical pieces. All subscription details are clearly outlined on our subscription page.
3.2 Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Facebook's payment system
You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
Subscription fees are non-refundable except required by law
You can change or cancel your subscription at anytime
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Facebook
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds for partial months
Upon cancellation, you retain access to subscriber benefits until the end of your paid period
3.4 Delivery of Digital Content
Digital wallpapers and designs are delivered via Facebook or email within 48 hours of the request
Personalized content typically delivered within 3-5 business days
We make every effort to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays
3.5 Physical Products (Diamond Tier Pieces)
Framed and customizable pieces are created and shipped within 7-10 business days from the time the request/purchase was made
Shipping times vary based on location (typically 7-10 business days after shipment)
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
We are not responsible for shipping delays by carriers
Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt for replacement. Be sure to have you order number, full name, email, your private code, and a photo ID.
Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Content
All wallpapers, designs, text, graphics, and other content on this Site are owned by Fighting 4 Jr and Amy's Amazing Share Group
Subscribers receive a personal, non-commercial license to use provided content
You may NOT resell, redistribute, or commercially use our content
You may NOT claim our designs as your own work
4.2 Your Content
Photos or images you provide for personalized requests remain your property
By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely to create your requested design(s)
We will not use your photos or any other content you provide to us to use to fulfil your requests/order(s) for any other purpose without explicit permission from you
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the Site(s) for any illegal purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Submit content tthat is offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights
Share your subscription access with non-subscribers
Donations & Fundraising
All donations/contributions to Fighting 4 jr or Amy's Amazing Share Group are volutary and non-refundable
Donations are used for legal fees, case-related expenses, and campaign operations
We are not a registered 501(c)(3) charity; donations are not tax-deductible
We provide transparency about fund usage through regular updates

Resources provided on the fighting4jr.com and/or Amy's Amazing Share Group website and/or Facebook pages/groups are for informational purposes only
They do not constitute as legal or financial advice
